I've spent 13+ years at the Washington Nationals, progressing from Technical Analyst through systems administration, cybersecurity, and network operations — to Director of IT Operations as of January 2026. That path gives me a ground-level understanding of every layer of the infrastructure I'm now responsible for leading.

We're an M365 E5 environment running hybrid infrastructure across Nationals Park. In a venue where gameday uptime is non-negotiable, I'm focused on operational maturity: formalizing ITSM practices, building team accountability, and positioning IT as a strategic partner.

I'm also actively building the case for AI inside IT operations — identifying practical use cases and separating real value from noise. ITIL 4 certified. Civil Air Patrol member. Trail runner working toward ultramarathons.
